Return & Exchange Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has defects from the factory the following fees may be waived.

Original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties, will not be refunded beyond 14 days. Beyond 14 days, cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Keep in mind items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Ayamaya offers a 2-year limited warranty on all gear. Warranty requests are considered for defects in product manufacturing. This warranty is granted to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Ayamaya authorized dealer. Products purchased second hand are not considered an original purchase. Ayamaya does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended. Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at Ayamaya's discretion. An Ayamaya credit will be issued if the product is no longer available. Except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, Ayamaya is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of a Ayamaya product. The warranties set forth in these terms and conditions are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Processing of warranty claims may take upwards of 6 weeks depending on the time of year.
