  • How to Enter:
    • To enter, simply comment on THIS POST with your creative product name suggestion for our new 30L Backpack Cooler and include the hashtag #NameAyamayaCooler.
    • You can also post your suggestion on your own profile with the hashtag #NameAyamayaCooler for an additional entry!
    • Contest runs from 8:00am PST May 30 thru June 20, 2024. The naming contest is now closed.
    • Winner will be announced 12:00noon PST Friday June 21, 2024.

  • Submission Guidelines:
    • Entries not adhering to the Ayamaya rules, or any use of inappropriate language will be disqualified.
    • Make sure your profile is public so we can see your entry!
    • There is no guarantee that you will win and odds of winning will be based on the number of total entries received by the cutoff date.
    • Entries that include names that are copyrighted or trademarked are invalid and will not be judged.
    • In the event of multiple entries submitting the same name, only the first submission based on the earliest time and date stamp will be considered for judging. Subsequent entries of the same name will not be eligible.
    • There is no fee to enter the contest.
    • No purchase neccessary.
    • Void where prohibited.

  • About Contest Sponsor: Ayamaya Outdoor Inc. is a California based company that designs, manufactures, and sells well-crafted, affordable outdoor and camping gear to happy families, couples, and solo adventurers.

  • Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age and residents of the US with a physical US shipping address.

  • Prize & Full Compensation: The prize of one (1) Ayamaya 30L Backpack Cooler constitutes the full and complete compensation for the winning entry. No additional compensation, monetary or otherwise, will be provided now or in the future.

  • Judging Criteria: Eligible entries will be judged by a panel of Ayamaya marketing team members. Judging will be based on the following criteria: Creativity: 40%; Catchiness: 20%; Alignment with Ayamaya Brand (rugged, well-crafted & affordable): 20%; Alignment with Nature: 20%.

  • Selection of Winner: The potential winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram, Facebook or via email. If the winner cannot be contacted by Monday June 24th 12:00Noon PST, the winner forfeits the prize and another winner will be selected.

  • Intellectual Property: Your entry should be a unique creation and free from any copyright or trademark restrictions.

  • Winner List: Once confirmed, the name of the winner will be posted to the original contest Instagram post and to the Ayamaya Backpack Cooler Naming Contest landing page.
